Tomoyo After -It's a Wonderful Life- CS Edition: A Nintendo Switch version of the visual novel, feat

The gameplay in Tomoyo After follows a branching plot line which offers pre-determined scenarios with courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the title character Tomoyo. Being a spin-off of Clannad, where Tomoyo is one of the game's heroines, Tomoyo After provides an expansion of Tomoyo's story after the events of Clannad and is written by Jun Maeda and Leo Kashida. The art was done by Fumio, as opposed to Itaru Hinoue who had done the art in Clannad. The game ranked as the best-selling PC game sold in Japan for the time of its release, and charted in the national top 50 twice more afterwards. A manga adaptation illustrated by Yukiko Sumiyoshi, under the title Tomoyo After: Dear Shining Memories, was serialized in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Age Pure in 2007. Unlike the game which is told from Tomoya's point of view, the manga is told from Tomoyo's perspective. A single tankōbon volume was released in Japan in December 2007.

Throughout gameplay, the player is given multiple options to choose from, and text progression pauses at these points until a choice is made.[1] To view all plot lines in their entirety, the player will have to replay the game multiple times and make different choices to bring the plot in an alternate direction. In the adult versions of the game, there are scenes with sexual CGs depicting Tomoya and Tomoyo having sex. Later, Key released versions of Tomoyo After without the erotic content. Additional gameplay in Tomoyo After is a minigame called "Dungeons & Takafumis", which gives the player chances to play in a role-playing video game setting.[1] "Dungeons & Takafumis" becomes available to play after the game is completed once.

Tomoyo After It

When Tomoyo After was ported to the PlayStation 2 (PS2), improvements to the game were included. This edition's scenario was expanded by the original staff after the removal of the adult content consisting of sex scenes.[1] Yūto Tonokawa wrote some of the additional story for Takafumi and Kanako.[6] With the added scenario and visuals combined, the PS2 edition is 1.5 times longer than the Windows edition. In the original version, the entire cast excluding Tomoya Okazaki, had full voice acting; this was not changed for the PlayStation 2 version. Added support was included so as to make the visuals on the television sharper than in the past with visual novels played on a consumer console rather than on a computer screen.[1] The PS2 version also reduced flickering of the picture, reducing eyestrain.[1]

The plot of Tomoyo After occurs following the events of the Clannad visual novel (most specifically the events of Tomoyo's route in that visual novel (Clannad) since it (the plot of Tomoyo After) directly takes place sometime after the events of her route in Clannad), beginning in June 2004, which is several weeks after the ending of Tomoyo's route in Clannad where Tomoya graduated from high school in the spring and Tomoyo becoming student council president and saving the cherry blossom trees. It is set in the fictional city of Hikarizaka. Building on the events of Tomoyo's route in Clannad (makes sense considering that Tomoyo After chronologically takes place after the events of her route in Clannad), Tomoya lives alone, having been estranged from his father, and works as a garbage collector. A romantic relationship develops between him and Tomoyo, with whom he has remained close friends. Tomoyo's character has changed from how she appeared in Clannad. Having given up on her promising future and dreams of attending university, she appears content to become a homemaker.

well there is a reason for this the writer for key/visual art games writes most of this characters to have bitter sweet endings but has to write happy endings for mainstream appeal. Air and tomoyo after where the two games where the said writer could finally write the the way they wanted to and not b.s. the player.

Even spread of gear across all four members, focusing on Tomoyo and Kanako as main melee. Often used Tomoya and Tomo as meat shield sacrifices to preserve the melees' HP and keep 'em alive. Promoted Tomoya from Swordsman to Magician after I died, for a 2x Swordsman 2x Magician PT.

I decided to repost the above because I didn't want to dig up an ancient thread, because I unearthed the game after about two or three years myself, and because this might be the closest thing to a trophy guide we are going to have.

have u extracted the zip file already?its the first step.after extraction u have to mount the iso file.then run it.the rest will go.but sometimes after extracting it its already to ready 2 play.after installation apply the english patch.

A man in his early seventies underwent low anterior resection and partial resection of the liver for the rectal cancer and liver metastasis. However, 4 months after the surgery, he was found to have a liver tumor at S5 and S7 by abdominal CT scan. Then, he underwent chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6), but the metastatic tumor was progressive. We selected FOLFIRI + cetuximab regimen for second-line therapy to resect the metastatic tumor. As the metastatic lesion was become smaller after 4-course of the regimen including cetuximab, we decided to perform a radical resection. We conducted a right lobectomy of the liver, and the tumor was completely resected.

We previously reported satisfactory therapeutic results of cisplatin-based cyclic balloon-occluded arterial infusion chemotherapy (BOAI) as neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which enabled treatment by hysterectomy in patients with advanced cervical cancer. We also reported expression of apoptosis among these patients and determined that the bax gene is related to this apoptosis. In the present study, we investigated the relationship between the effectiveness of BOAI therapy and expression of apoptosis regulatory genes and proteins in these cases. The subjects were 27 women with advanced cervical cancer classified as FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) stage III or higher who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology, Osaka City University Medical School Hospital between 2000 and 2003. All patients were treated by BOAI, and expression of cancer cell apoptosis was examined by the TUNEL method, expression of bax, bcl-2 and bcl-xL proteins were examined by immunohistochemistry, and expression of bax, bcl-2 and bcl-xL mRNA was examined by quantitative RT-PCR before and 3 days after BOAI. The effectiveness of BOAI therapy was thus determined. The 20 patients in whom BOAI was effective showed significantly higher expression of the bax protein and gene after BOAI, and cancer cell apoptosis was accelerated. On the other hand, the 7 patients in whom BOAI was ineffective showed significantly higher expression of the bcl-xL protein and gene after BOAI. These results suggest that bax/bcl-xL expression can be used as an indicator of the effectiveness of BOAI therapy.

I am nominating Kud Wafter to satisfy criteria 1.d. Criteria 3.c has already been satisfied for both Rewrite and Kud Wafter as they have yet to be released.--十八 02:24, 23 January 2010 (UTC) 2ff7e9595c
